AccessibAll is looking to recruit a wheelchair user and a disabled person (who does not use a wheelchair but requires easy access seating or to be seated near accessible services), to attend the match, which sees UEFA Champions League winners Real Madrid face Atalanta, the UEFA Europa League holders. The match will be played at the National Stadium, Warsaw, Poland on Wednesday 14 August 2024. AccessibAll wishes to receive applications from differently locally-based disabled people, who are passionate about accessibility, and can draw upon personal experiences to provide us with in-depth, user-led feedback on the services, facilities, and amenities available for disabled spectators at this year’s UEFA Super Cup. Apply to become an AccessibAll accessibility monitor at the UEFA Super Cup 2024. If required, all accessibility monitors will receive a complimentary companion ticket and accessible parking permit (subject to availability). Successful applicants will need to submit valid proof of eligibility to AccessibAll ahead of receiving their tickets. Valid proofs of eligibility for Polish-based applicants include: Polish disability ID Card Polish Certificate of Disability Signed and recently dated doctors / hospital letter stating access requirements / need for accessibility tickets. A short online training for accessibility monitors will be provided by Accessiball (either by email or Microsoft Teams). Applicants must be available to attend the UEFA Super Cup on Wednesday 14 August, kicking off at 21:00 CE.T Accessibility Monitors must complete an AccessibAll evaluation report and submit this alongside any photos and videos within 48 hours of the final whistle. Accessibility monitors must also be available to clarify responses or provide any additional information up to 48 hours after the end of the game. AccessibAll will share all reports and any supplementary evidence with UEFA and the host club / national association to highlight areas of concern or good practice. AccessibAll and UEFA hope that feedback received from our accessibility monitors will encourage long-term and sustainable improvements for locally based disabled fans as a legacy of hosting the UEFA Super Cup 2024.
