To apply for accessibility tickets to attend any matches, please visit https://euro2024.tickets.uefa.com/

The online ticketing portal opened on Tuesday 3 October until 14:00 CEST on Thursday 26 October.

Accessibility tickets are available in two categories – wheelchair user spaces and easy access seats. A complimentary companion ticket can also be applied for, where required, for both categories of accessibility tickets available.

There are different price categories of tickets available depending on location within each venue and also each tournament stage. However, accessibility tickets will always have the same price category (i.e. the lowest price category per game) regardless of their location within the stadium.

CAFE has published a "How To" Guide for UEFA EURO 2024 accessibility tickets to help applicants through the process, available to download via the CAFE website. The guide provides step-by-step instructions on how to request accessibility tickets using the UEFA Ticket Portal, and aims to answer any questions applicants may have along the way.

Applicants for accessibility tickets are required to submit official proof of eligibility in support of their application. Applicants should upload a valid proof of eligibility that is commonly and widely accepted in their country of residence. This is to ensure that tickets for disabled fans are not abused by non-disabled supporters or end up in the hands of people who do not need them.

To support disabled fans in uploading acceptable proof of eligibility, CAFE has produced a guidance document on proofs of eligibility, which can be downloaded from the CAFE website.

Please note: “Blue Badge” style parking passes / permits can now be submitted as proof of eligibility as long as the personal details on the card matches the details of the disabled applicant and the pass / permit is in date.

If you have any questions or queries, please refer to the UEFA EURO 2024 FAQ page. You can also submit an online enquiry to the UEFA EURO 2024 ticketing team.

Alternatively, you can contact CAFE by email to [email protected] or call us on +44 (0)203 355 9867. Please note, if your ticketing enquiry is not in relation to accessibility tickets, CAFE may be unable to assist.

A version of this article and our guidance documents will be available in other language versions shortly.
