About us Our team Team Olivier JaroszChief Executive Officer (CEO) Olivier joined AccessibAll in April 2023 as our CEO, tasked with continuing the development of AccessibAll and implementing our new strategic plan. Prior to joining AccessibAll, Olivier had led research and development efforts at the European Club Association (ECA) for over a decade. In 2016, Olivier co-authored the pioneering Club Management Guide, that aims to define all the structural components of a football club from a forensic perspective. Olivier is a leading practitioner in football club strategies, and a Board Member at football advisory firm LTT Sports. He created a successful knowledge-sharing platform, the Club Management Programme, the first ever tailor-made executive programme covering professional football club needs for the top management of clubs. Michael RiceOperations Manager Michael joined AccessibAll in August 2011, becoming Media and Communications Manager in 2015 and was appointed as Operations Manager in 2023. He oversees the day-to-day workings of the team and ensure that AccessibAll’s works continue to be aligned with our standards and principles. Michael works with the leadership team to define the strategic direction of the organisation and continues to lead AccessibAll’s communications strategy. Michael also manages AccessibAll’s Audio-descriptive Commentary Network and training programme, which has certified over 100 new highly-skilled audio-descriptive commentators, and the ever-growing CAFE Week of Action. As the longest serving member of the AccessibAll team, Michael has supported on planning and hosting International Conferences, the creation of publications such as the Disability Access Officer handbook, and promoting AccessibAll’s wider works around major tournaments and Finals. Michael has previous experience working with an English Premier League academy, has served as a Trustee of Level Playing Field and is a former Director of a non-league football club. Amy WilsonFans Liaison, Access and Administration Officer Amy joined AccessibAll in February 2016 as our Administration and Project Support Officer, before taking on her current role later that year. As part of her role, Amy leads on our fan-based projects, including our disabled fans surveys and matchday feedback. Amy is often the first point of contact with disabled fans, and works with supporters on projects such as #MyMatchday. Amy has carried out a number of stadium access appraisals across Europe, making recommendations to stadiums, clubs and national associations on how they can improve access. She is also the main point of contact for disabled fans and disabled supporters associations to share their matchday experiences, or to seek access information at a particular stadium. Ahead of each season's UEFA competition Finals, Amy prepares our Disabled Spectators' Guides for host venues and cities. Amy is a long-standing member of an English Premier League club's DSA, and has vast experience of attending live matches across Europe as a disabled fan. Follow Amy on LinkedIn. Hollie WilsonResearch Officer Hollie joined the AccessibAll team as our new Research Officer in May 2023. Hollie’s role includes researching best practice in technical accessibility requirements, managing the disability hate incident reporting tools, reviewing terminology surrounding disability and research into non-visible disabilities. Hollie is also working closely on our Erasmus+ project 'Good Governance Needs Access and Inclusion', and identifying new areas of research to develop our works further. Based in Scotland, Hollie has graduated with a Master’s degree in International Economic and Social Justice with Merit. She has previously worked in policy research with a specialisation in Health and Social Care, and has volunteered with numerous charities and non-profit organisations both in research and administration. Follow Hollie on LinkedIn. Rijul ShardaAdvisor for Asia Rijul joined AccessibAll in August 2023 as the Partnerships and Development Officer. He is responsible for managing stakeholder relations, external communications, and stadium audits. As a part of his role, Rijul will contribute to the growth, sustainability, and visibility of the organisation while ensuring effective partnerships and monitoring of activities.Rijul has worked in the sports industry across Asia and Europe, and is a Masters graduate in Advanced Studies in Sports Administration and Technology from the International Academy of Sports Science and Technology (AISTS). Rijul has worked on several international sports events including the 2018 FIFA World Cup in Russia, the 2017 FIFA Under-17 World Cup in India and numerous volleyball, ice hockey, archery and cricket competitions. Carlos has managed and delivered projects for some of the world's leading sports organisations, governments, non-profit organisations, high-profile clubs, and major sporting events. He brings extensive global experience in stadium infrastructure, arenas, and sports facilities, having audited stadiums for compliance with accessibility, inclusion, and safety standards.Carlos is the founder and Director of Guzman Valdes Consulting and Stactium Sports, with over eight years of experience as a project manager and sports business developer in Latin America, Europe and Asia. His projects have focused on education and inclusion, strategic planning, venue management and operations, youth academies, football for schools, and women's football.
