Mark Flewitt

Mark joined the AccessibAll Board of Trustees in 2017. His professional background covers 34 years working in banking and finance in UK and Latin America.

Over the past years Mark has also been involved as a Trustee, and recently as Chairman, with a UK charity which runs integration and therapy projects in Romania for the benefit of disabled and disadvantaged children and young people.

Mark is a lifelong supporter of Arsenal FC, and his languages include Spanish and French.

Mark is also the Chair of the AccessibAll Board.

Kush Kanodia
Director and Trustee

Kush is a disabled BAME Social Entrepreneur and systems leader, a champion for equality and inclusion. Kush is a former executive trustee of AccessibAll's partner in England and Wales, Level Playing Field, and has been a disabled football supporter for over 35 years. He was also a member of the Chelsea Disabled Supporters Association (CDSA).

Kush was a Torch Bearer for the Paralympic Games in London 2012, selected for his dedication to disability rights. He was recognised as being in the top 10 most influential BAME leaders in technology. In 2019, receiving the Entrepreneur of the Year - Asian Achievers Award, was included in the BAME 100 Business Leaders Index and received the Social Entrepreneur of the Year Award. Kush also featured 2nd in the Disability Power 100, the list of most influential disabled people in the UK.

In 2021, Kush led the #NoWheelChairTax campaign to success and transformed NHS England. By abolishing all disabled car parking charges from 206 NHS hospitals and helping 2.5 million disabled people to access critical healthcare in the Covid19 pandemic. Kush’s new campaign is to create a standardized and compassionate disabled parking policy for London, England and the UK.

Kush is also a Director and Trustee on the AccessibAll Board.
