Many disabled fans and advocates from across Europe have already shared their insights and experiences, as AccessibAll is encouraging everyone passionate about access and inclusion to have their say by completing the AccessibAll European Disabled Fans Survey.

To gain a wider understanding of the experiences of disabled football fans across Europe, AccessibAll and UEFA announced the launch of its largest European-wide research project to date.

We believe that attending live sporting matches provides experiences that can have a life-changing impact, and everyone should have equal access to those moments. Our vision is a world where disabled people are a key part of the global sporting landscape, as fans, employees, volunteers and leaders, so that everyone has equal opportunities to contribute in an accessible, inclusive and welcoming environment.

Early responses have already started to highlight topics that matter most to disabled fans, including away match experiences, options to purchase match tickets and the wider availability of inclusive matchday services.

If you are unable to complete the online version of the survey, you can also download a Word document version and submit your responses to AccessibAll via email.

We are particularly keen to hear from match-going disabled fans to further understand your experiences when visiting stadiums throughout Europe.

We also encourage disabled people who wish to become match-going supporters to share their stories and experiences, and the existing barriers which may currently prevent you from being able to attend live matches.

AccessibAll is welcoming responses from differently disabled people from across the continent, which will provide us with a detailed overview of situations faced by disabled supporters and help to inform future works and projects.

Amy Wilson, AccessibAll’s Fans Liaison, Access and Administration Officer, said, “It has been hugely positive to see so many disabled fans and people with long-term health conditions already have their say and add their voices to European football’s largest accessibility research project. Your responses will directly inform and influence future strategies and areas of focus, so we encourage everybody to tell us about the issues that matter most to you”.

The European Disabled Fans Survey 2025 consists of seven sections and should take approximately 20 minutes to complete.

The survey language is English; however, most internet browsers will be able to translate the questions automatically into your chosen language (see below). Please feel free to complete the survey in your preferred language.
