News and fans' stories Latest news Still time to take part in the UEFA and AccessibAll European Disabled Fans Survey Over the past weeks, disabled fans and people with long-term health conditions have been sharing their feedback and experiences to inform future European works around access and inclusion. The UEFA and AccessibAll European Disabled Fans Survey will close at midnight on 31 May 2025, so if you have not completed the survey yet we strongly encourage you to do so as soon as possible. To gain a wider understanding of the experiences of disabled football fans across Europe, AccessibAll and UEFA announced the launch of its largest European-wide research project to date. We believe that attending live sporting matches provides experiences that can have a life-changing impact, and everyone should have equal access to those moments. Our vision is a world where disabled people are a key part of the global sporting landscape, as fans, employees, volunteers and leaders, so that everyone has equal opportunities to contribute in an accessible, inclusive and welcoming environment. Hundreds of disabled people and people with long-term health conditions have already had their say on a range of topics, including pre-match information, ticketing policies, barriers and best practice examples, and many more. Take part in the European Disabled Fans Survey 2025 online. We are particularly keen to hear from match-going disabled fans to further understand your experiences when visiting stadiums throughout Europe. We also encourage disabled people who wish to become match-going supporters to share their stories and experiences, and the existing barriers which may currently prevent you from being able to attend live matches. AccessibAll is welcoming responses from differently disabled people from across the continent, which will provide us with a detailed overview of situations faced by disabled supporters and help to inform future works and projects. AccessibAll’s Research Officer, Hollie Wilson, said, “We are delighted to see so many disabled people, people with long-term health conditions and their advocates sharing their vital insights by completing the survey. This is a unique opportunity for many of football’s most passionate and loyal supporters to directly influence future direction, and if you have not yet completed the survey, we urge you to do so as soon as possible”.
