The 14th annual #TotalAccess Week of Action, powered by AccessibAll, is underway with stakeholders from across the football industry coming together to celebrate a game that is accessible, inclusive and welcoming for all.

Since 2013, AccessibAll has hosted a yearly campaign to promote the positive steps taken to ensure that there is a place for every disabled person within football. Whether as fans, employees, volunteers or on the field, we all have a duty to make our game as open and equal as possible.

We are delighted to be celebrating #TotalAccess with so many like-minded partners and stakeholders this season!

The campaign kicked off at Celtic Park in Scotland, as Celtic and the Celtic Disabled Supporters Association (CDSA) carried out a number of activities and initiatives to reaffirm their commitment to #TotalAccess. This included deaf and hard of hearing pupils from a local school signing the names of the matchday squad on stadium screens, and a pre-match ceremony involving disabled mascots.

Captain Kieran Tierney was also accompanied onto the pitch by Harry - the guide dog of AccessibAll Access Captain, Jonathan Attenborough.

The club also utilised the unique opportunity provided by the #TotalAccess Week of Action to promote the availability of many accessible solutions at the stadium, including sign language interpretation, sensory packs for autistic fans, invisible disability lanyards, audio-descriptive commentary of the match and the manager's pre-match notes, a fully equipped sensory viewing room and dedicated 'Touching the Trophy' stadium tours for partially sighted and blind supporters.

Clare Byrne, Chair of the CDSA said: "The Celtic Disabled Supporters’ Association are delighted to be involved in the 2026 #TotalAccess Week of Action. Our members embody a broad spectrum of disabilities, physical and sensory in nature, and their inclusion in the events means so much to the individuals involved and to the organisation as a whole".

Celtic Disability Access Officer, Alexis Dobbin, said, "The #TotalAccess Week of Action is an important opportunity to highlight the experiences of disabled supporters and to celebrate the progress football continues to make in becoming a more inclusive game. At Celtic, we are committed to ensuring that every supporter feels welcome and able to enjoy the matchday experience. Moments like these help demonstrate that football truly is a game for everyone, and we are proud to support the #TotalAccess campaign once again".

On the pitch, Celtic ran out 3-1 winners against Motherwell in a thrilling match with South Korea international Yang Hyun-Jun scoring a brace.

We would like to extend a huge thank you to Celtic, the Celtic Disabled Supporters Association, Jonathan Attenborough, Harry and all of the pupils at St Roch’s Secondary School for such a memorable launch for this season's #TotalAccess Week of Action.

There are activities taking place all over the globe to celebrate #TotalAccess during this campaign - keep posted to find out more!
