This marks the start of a structured accessibility process developed with the club and its teams. Access Champions is not a one-off label, it is ongoing support. The process is based on a full review of the experience of disabled supporters, from first contact with the club to leaving the stadium. AccessibAll teams carry out on-site visits, meet club stakeholders and identify practical areas for improvement. This work helps build a roadmap that reflects the club’s day-to-day reality and operations. The review covers several areas, including access to the stadium, matchday services, digital information, support for visiting fans, internal organisation and club practice. Particular attention is given to non-visible disabilities, which affect up to 80% of disabled people. This recognition is part of a process of continuous improvement. The club receives follow-up support and practical guidance to strengthen accessibility over time. On Saturday 21 March, Dominique Blanc, AccessibAll Global Advisor, officially presented the plaque to the club. Speaking after the ceremony, Dominique said, "It was with real pleasure that I presented the AccessibAll plaque to Mr Olivier Cloarec, President of Toulouse FC. The work carried out by the club, together with the Ligue de Football Professionnel (LFP), to make the stadium accessible to all is remarkable". The LFP and Toulouse FC are among the pioneers, and I thank and congratulate them. Through their actions, they show that football brings people together - all people. I encourage all clubs and leagues to draw inspiration from their example and strengthen the unity of a football community that leaves no one behind", added Dominique. Congratulations to Toulouse FC for this game-changing commitment, and to the LFP for its ongoing support. The LFP is also a partner in the Erasmus+ project led by AccessibAll, in collaboration with Campus AI, on the use of artificial intelligence to improve accessibility in sport.
