Getting to the stadium

Train: The stadium is around 20 minutes walk from the Sinsheim Museum/Arena rail station, and shuttles are operational on matchdays.

Bus: Bus stop Sinsheim Hauptbahnhof is closest to the station, with a shuttle available.

Air: The nearest airport is in Stuttgart, around 100km away.

40 accessible parking spaces are available free of charge to green-card holders. These are located in P4.

The south-east entrance is a dedicated accessible entrance.

Wheelchair User spaces: 40.

Complimentary tickets for companions are provided, alongisde the wheelchair user space.

Spaces are covered and give good sightlines of the pitch.

Other areas: There are 9 seats for partially sighted and blind fans, located in block U.

Complimentary companion seats are adjacent to the disabled fan's seat.

Accessible toilets

There are 4 accessible toilets inside the stadium.

2 are located in blocks K and L, and are accessed using a Euro Key. Another is located by blocks U and V, and access is provided by stewards. The fourth accessible toilet is in the South Curve.

Accessible services

Audio-descriptive commentary is provided by headsets that are given out before kick-off. These are then collected at full-time.

Volunteers are on hand to welcome disabled supporters to the stadium and offer their help.

Disabled fans can rent electric blankets in the winter months, and will be offered complimentary tea.

A free copy of the matchday programme is provided.
