Getting to the stadium

Train: As the capital of Croatia, Zagreb has rail links to a number of other Croatian cities, as well as neighboring countries. The city has an inner-city rail system.

Air: Zagreb Airport has a number of flight connections across Europe. The airport is situated in the suburb of Pleso, which is just a short distance away from Zagreb.

Accessible parking and drop-off / pick-up points

Accessible parking spaces must be reserved in advance. Parking spaces are located 70m away from the stadium entrance. The areas are stewarded on matchday, and stewards will have details of all vehicles that have pre-booked parking spaces. 

A few accessible parking spaces are available at the city parking next to the stadium.

Ticketing

For information on purchasing accessibility tickets for GNK Dinamo Zagreb matches, please email the club's DAO. The club advises requests for tickets are made at least seven days before the match.

Disabled supporters wishing to attend matches at the stadium must register their details with the club ahead of making any purchase 

Entering the stadium

The stadium has a dedicated entrance gate for disabled supporters located under the West stand. This entrance is situated close to the wheelchair users spaces.

Spectator viewing areas

Wheelchair User spaces: 

There are 50 wheelchair spaces in the West Stand for home supporters. Additional wheelchair user spaces located in the North Stand are not in use, due to stadium infrastructure. Wheelchair user spaces are elevated and sightlines are generally good. However, some supporters may encounter obstructed sightlines due to the dugouts.

Companions are sat behind wheelchair users on wooden benches placed behind the wheelchair user spaces.

Easy Access seating spaces: We can offer supporters who require easy access tickets, seats in the first row of seats in the West stand. (Please be aware these seats are accessible only via stairs)

Other areas: Blind and partially sighted supporters may sit anywhere in the stadium, but during the ADC their seats are next to the media box – near to a commentary position.

Accessible concessions

Refreshment kiosks at the stadium have a relatively low counter, and low tables can be found nearby.

Kiosks are around 50m away from accessible seating areas, and it is possible to make an order for the kiosk via the stewards.

Accessible toilets

There are three permanent and six mobile accessible toilets at the stadium. These are located close to wheelchair user spaces in the West Stand.

Toilets have low-level sinks, grab rails and but no mirrors. Toilet furniture is not easily distinguishable from the walls and floor. 

The permanent accessible toilets are not signposted.

Accessible services

Audio-descriptive commentary - is available during some home matches in a season (local derby match and all UEFA competition matches). Where ADC is available blind and partially sighted supporters will need to sit nearer to the media box

Guide dogs are allowed in the stadium.
